WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Accessories & Products: Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

Clothing: Please allow 7-14 business days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at shopgild@gmail.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Gild Boutique successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!


WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although fulfillment houses are located in America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be  sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
